The Bergdorf Mile is probably the flattest mountain run in Germany and takes participants through the territories of the Karlsruhe mountain villages over the historic distance of 8.88 km, known as the Badische Mile. The topography is more challenging than that of the Badische Mile; however, we have made an effort to find a course that is easily runnable even for recreational runners. In total, approximately 140 meters of elevation gain must be overcome. The event is complemented by a youth run of about 2 km on parts of the running course.

Highlights

  • The Mountain Village Mile covers the historical distance of 8.88 km.
  • The course is designed to be manageable even for recreational runners.
  • In total, about 140 meters of elevation have to be overcome, which increases the challenge.
